Media12 is the official media and communication apostolate of the Eparchy of Kanjirappally, envisioned as a dynamic platform to proclaim the Gospel through modern media. Rooted in the missionary mandate of Christ—“Go into all the world and proclaim the Gospel to every creature” (Mk 16:15)—Media12 seeks to evangelise, educate, and empower people by integrating faith with contemporary communication. It operates under the pastoral leadership of the Eparchy, focusing on digital evangelisation, catechetical formation, and creative media production. Through social media, video productions, news updates, spiritual reflections, and digital catechism content, Media12 serves as a bridge between the Church and the digital world. Its mission is to form a faith-filled media culture that communicates truth, beauty, and goodness, inspiring especially the youth to become “digital missionaries.” The name Media12 symbolises the twelve apostles of Christ—communicators of divine truth—reminding all believers that every baptised person is called to witness the Gospel through modern means of communication, in communion with the vision of the Syro-Malabar Church and the universal mission of the Catholic Church.
